As
a young man Don worked as a salesperson for a UK arm of a global
insurance
company whilst simultaneously furthering his education. During
this time his records
( still unbroken ! ) of selling more than 100 policies a week
consecutively for over
two years earned him promotion as the youngest Sales Manager ever.
He
was " headhunted " to join the Hawley Group, a European organisation
comprising of 9 different companies and over 3800 sales and marketing
personnel,
where he climbed rapidly with even more record breaking performances
from Sales
Manager to National Training Manager and subsequently Sales and
Marketing
Director, with a media budget alone of over 42 million pounds.
He
was the driving force behind taking two companies to a stock market
listing in
the UK, and has produced spectacular results with some of the
largest, ( and
smallest ) companies around the world.

Don was brought to Australia for a short term 4 year project to
re-brand and relaunch
Freedom Kitchens and with a tiny budget of $20 k, and within 10
weeks,
had the company sales established and sustainable at $9 million
per year

the Bill ! "
